I know it's already been decided. It is definitely a quest and depending on your campaign you get it from someone else
Prophecies-->Len Caldoron in Lions Arch
Factions-->Minister of Maintenance Raiugyon in Kaineng Center
Nightfall-->Bendah in Kamadan

Aren't those guys only give access only for the sneak preview? I mean with the final release, there could be a completely different way to enter EoTN.

I was chatting about this with some friends, and came to the conclusion that LA is no tthe best choice as a starting point for Prophecies characters. Yes, LA is a major hub of activity in Prophecies, but that actually goes against having this as the launching point.
It made sense to have LA as the travel point for transit between Cantha and Elona. It's a major harbor town so travel from here actually makes sense (more so than Ascalon City or Denravi). But it just doesn't work as well with GW:EN.
Major Hub:
LA is a major hub, and I can see the appeal of having the quest start in a hub, but this place might be a bit too busy for starting out on this story. It's hard enough trying to find a party in LA amid the din of all the chat as it is. Since so many things have been routed through LA in the past, this place is just too busy for making simple party formations.
Required Level:
Native Prophecies characters are typically under level 15 when they get to LA, and in order to take part in EotN players have to be level 20. Sure there are some L20s in LA, but they are normally there for Trade or has a brief hoping point as they travel between Continents.
SPOILERS:
Story:
A number of the people I've spoken with felt that, based on story, there are much better choices out there for starting points in Prophecies.
Ascalon City:
After a Prophecies character has finished doing battle with the final bad guy, all story lines seem to suggest a return to Ascalon.
Prophecies: Kill the lich/defeat the titan => Quest chain from Glint leading back to Ascalon where we eventually help King Adlebern fight off the last of the Titans. Here the characters can start to rebuild when the rumblings begin and lead them to EotN (to catch up with the missing Ascalons and Gwen maybe).
Factions: We've killed Shiro, and now that we've brought peace to Cantha, we can return home with Mhenlo and troupe to help clean up their own backyard... when the rumblings begin.
Nightfall: As you make your way from the Statue of Kormir, all your Ascalonian buddies talk about how nice it will be to return home, now that they've saved the whole world from the evil forces of Nightfall. Since Ascalon is home, it would make sense that they head back there.
Droknar's Forge:
An excellent choice for a starting point. It is here that the Dwarves first start to tell us of the Destroyer, and how they and the Great Dwarf must combat this darkness in an epic battle. It also makes sense that King Ironhammer might call us here. He helped us flee the charr, now we can help him and the dwarves with their problem. It's also a High level outpost (unless you elected to take a shortcut via runners). And since GW:EN is all High level content, this makes a more suitable starting point than the Level 10-15 content around LA.
Copperhammer Mines:
This place probably makes the most sense of all locations in Tyria. It has High level content like Droknar's, because it is also in the South Shiverpeaks. It also makes sense due to its proximity to Sorrow's Furnace. This is where the dwarves have been digging into the depths of Tyria, and so it makes tremendous sense as a starting point for our first subterranian encounter in EotN. It is Sorrow's Furnace that holds many of the quests that flush out the story of the Great Destroyer, and so it would be fitting that this be the starting point for the continuation of that story arc. So, as far as this location is concerned it is 1) not overpopulated like the other major outposts (Ascalon, LA, and Droks), so finding a quest group will be easier, 2) its an area with High level content, which is what EotN is all about, and 3) story wise it fits into the rest of the already established lore flawlessly.
I'm sure the story written for the LA quest will be clever and interesting, but I can't help but think that Copperhammer would have been a better starting point. My 2 cents, for what it's worth.

You didn't really state any Spoliers in that did you? You just decided what you think would happen.
Its going to be the same towns as always. You can't start it from towns in Tyria because if people don't have Tyria then they can't play Eye Of The North...

That made no sense whatsoever.
If people dont have Prophecies they would start from Factions and Nightfall.....so the location of the starting point in Tyria wouldnt matter to them.
Dont know who you were aiming the Spoiler thing at (My version was the actual version of what happens) but if it was Countess Corpulas post i see a a few spoilers involving the end of Prophecies....cue the Spoilers warning

Am I the only one that thinks your starting point should be the setting for what race you meet first, what order you do missions in, etc? it'd be kinda stupid to have different starting points in different compains and yet involve ALL the same characters. For example, Tyria has the dwarves (with the asura helping them), Factions could have say... a more Asura-based opening. Nightfall could meet the Norn, etc. (I just..think it'd be increadibly retarded to have all the story line characters in THREE places at exactly the same time. >_> Even if you follow the same story line, atlest use different voice actors/in-game characters for the NPC controled part.) ...yeah, this'll probably get me yelled at, lol.
Edit: meh, stupid typos.

We're gonna start in some underground fight alongside dwarfs against norn, then escape to random portal leading to far shiverpeaks, where we met jora, then gwen find eye of the north and then choose which side we will be helping norn/asura/ebong vanquard captured by charr.

He didnt suggest all 3 chapters head to Ascalon,he suggested Prophecies has Ascalon as its starting point (It being the place the heros of Ascalon want ot return to at the end of Factions and Nightfall)

Well if it starts in copperham mines, then runners are going to make a hell of alot of money during the first few months.
i think Droknar's forge is a better option, because everybody ends up there anyway plus anybody under level 20 will be killed on the way to eye of the north and give up (what chance does a lvl 17 have against destroyers?)

From the sound of it a level 20 doesnt have a chance against the Destroyers ether
I personally like the start from Lions Arch thing. Though i think i'll be setting out from Kaineng first purely for the 8 man party over the 6 man one.
